If you are already pregnant, this course is also for you! Start from where you are at and educate yourself on how to live your best pregnancy NOW! Here is some of what you can expect:

This chapter is all about optimizing your nutrition for fertility and pre-conception. We explore:
It All Starts In The Gut
Did you know that your baby not only gets your genes but your gut bacteria as well? And did you also know that most children develop food allergies from inadequate gut bacteria? According to Food Allergy and Education, 1 in 13 children have food allergies, or roughly two in every classroom and about 30 percent of children with food allergies are allergic to more than one food.
Get educated! Learn the common reasons why gut bacteria doesn't develop healthfully and how you can be sure you give your baby what it needs to mitigate this issue. Start healing your gut and strengthen healthy bacteria BEFORE you get pregnant with our easy to follow recommendations.
Proper nourishment for each trimester of your pregnancy is essential for the proper development of your growing baby! Ever heard the term 'eating for two?' We are here to debunk this myth and give you real tools to support your higher nutrient needs for you and baby. Receive easy to follow and delicious recipes and meal plans that you can adapt to your needs and that cover all your nutrient requirements. We also give specific food recommendations to have at each stage of development, so you never have to worry about getting enough. We also know that each stage of pregnancy changes what your palate craves and your digestion can handle so we've tailored the program to provide you with recipes that will help your feel your best in each trimester. We include interviews with real moms who have been through it all and are here to share it all.
Our Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Registered Nurse, Spencer Driedger, built a meal plan just for Pure Joy members that will help you succeed in having the healthiest pregnancy and baby possible with the right nutrients when they are most needed!

We also cover herbal recommendations and herbs to avoid during pregnancy.
We cover some of the most common symptoms pregnant women experience during each trimester, such as morning sickness, nausea, fatigue, headaches, etc. and how to move through them with ease. We also give common herbal recommendations and lifestyle techniques to improve your mood, have fewer pregnancy discomforts and sustain energy while keeping your blood sugar and energy levels balanced.
This is often considered the fourth trimester and just as important as the first three. We cover:
When's the right time to introduce solid foods to your little one? Introducing your baby to solid foods is an exciting milestone. Our tips will help you through this next step of your baby's life.
