How the Program Works

This is a 4-week plan which runs January 9th - February 5th (Jan 8 - Feb 6 in Australia). You will get all of your materials well ahead of time (provided you register early) so you will have plenty of time to shop and mentally prepare. The good news is, not much mental preparation is needed since the meal plan is full of easy and delicious vegan recipes. You will make blended smoothies, soups, easy nut milks, bars and granolas, delicious entrees such as noodle dishes, stir fries, stews, Italian pastas and vegan cheese. Desserts will include delightfully simple chocolate shakes, fruit cobbler, puddings, cookies, brownies and more. Everything can be made at home from scratch. If you don’t feel you will have time to make everything at home, we have included shortcuts and a list of pre-made, store bought products (such as crackers, granolas and goodies) that are almost as good as making it from scratch.

Once you register, you will receive 4-week Plant-Based Recipe Book, your first week's meal plan, your shopping list and our list of favorite stores and websites to buy from. We know the best suppliers for all of your nuts, seeds, superfoods and spices that are cost effective and easy to use.

Your schedule: Once you get your materials, look through your recipe book and 'love' camp schedule. We will send you a pre-recorded introductory video explaining the 4-week program and what we will do together. We encourage you to be on our calls and webinars live, as this is when you can interact with our team and other bootcamp attendees. Most of them will be happening every Monday, at 3pm PST (that’s 6pm EST and 12pm in Hawaii and 8am Tuesday in Australia,). If you cannot get on live, don’t worry, you can always email or text your questions in ahead and listen later.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES OR FOOD INTOLERANCES?
We understand that every individual is unique and we’ve designed your program with that in mind. The recipes are 100% gluten free and meal plans come with an accompanying guide with suggested alternatives and replacements so you never have to miss out!
Will I be tired?
It really depends on the person. Most people find that fasting on green juice lowers their energy for the first 3 days, but everyone is different. As another option, you can opt to start with a juice fast for the first day and then move into blended foods, and/or 1 solid meal a day from our recipes in the manual Day 4 is a mandatory fast, so keep that in mind too. It will still be just as effective of a liver flush if you eat, however, a juice fast is just an opportunity to go even deeper into ketosis and helping your body avoid potential disease. I invite everyone to go at their own pace, and the manual and videos easily guide you through the 3 options.
Do I need a juicer?
No. We do however suggest having a blender at the minimum.
Will we be doing the FREE liver cleanse together as a group within the 4 weeks or, for our own individual use?
The Guided Liver Clenase Package is a bonus received for purchasing the 4-week Love Camp. This cleanse will not be a part of the program but can be done before or after the 4-week program or at your own pace when you have the time. This bonus program will be available for 6 months following purchasing the Love Camp.
